Daily Practice
A day at the centre follows a regular schedule of spiritual practice.
Morning
At 7.30 AM:
- Chanting Archana (108 Names of Amma followed by the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother), practiced for thousands of years in India, gives us the opportunity to focus our thoughts on the sacred and to open ourselves to gratitude.
- Practicing seva consciously, in the spirit of selfless service, transforms action into meditation.
Evening
From 6 PM:
- Singing devotional songs (bhajans) develops our concentration and openness of heart.
- Please email in advance. Ongoing expansion means we are not open 24/7. We want to make sure someone is here to greet you.

In today’s world, as life speeds up, so does the mind. As a result, a lot of people are stressed and tense. Amma encouraged this centre so that we can take the time to reflect on ourselves, to imbibe her values, to take action to serve the world and thus make a real contribution to society.
